The campaign for the temp sensor and programming is known, and a good fix so far- no concerns about that, IMO.

Bummer about the turbo. My guess is you will get a new turbo for sure- no dealer will rebuild those. They may be asking them to take it apart to make sure it was a turbo failure so that if they replace it they won't blow up a new turbo..not so much that they can fix it. Turbos need an oil supply and a problem with the oil line to it could lead to turbo failure- if they put in a new turbo it too could blow.

Still, I'd have the new turbo on order right away...
