Just this morning, my blower is not stopping even after shutting car off. Got to remove the fuse to disable it. The fan sounds like it's running at max speed at all time no matter how I adjust the speed.

I think it's final stage resistor. Just want to hear if there is any other opinion.

I replaced one about 4 years ago. But symptom was different back then. The blower speed went up and down by its own but it still went off as soon as car is off. This time, the blower speed doesn't fluctuate by itself. It's just running at max speed all time and it doesn't stop unless I remove the fuse.
