They were a easy local 15 minute drive to them...
I had a couple of nig nag stuff to be replaced under warranty as well as horn going out. Bearing I had a extended warranty and all labor/materials was covered and had a Brio horn that to replace the defective horn, I wanted the warranty to eat the costs on parts.. I was advised after dropping it off, they don't work with any non OEM parts. So I decided to forgo the repair and have them just leave the X parked outside where *their X* was when I dropped off the car earlier in the day. It was right on the streetside - right in front of their shop.
It's not a big issue to some....or maybe it is, but there are quite a bit of stuff going on with my car, as well as a audiophile caliber audio upgrade. I don't think it was mere hindsight as they did not know how to lock the car before putting the key under the sun visor. That is my only negative experience with them.
Bill over at Bimmerclinic is VERY fair on pricing and labor and all he does is Bimmers....
