Here in UK my lights have white plastic adjuster screws for low beam xenons .there are 2 on top of each light unit adjustable with a crosshead screwdriver or allen key . they only require a slight turn to make a big adjustment to beam aim . one screw for up/down . the other for left/right .
some workshops will have beam aim testers , correct aim is a legal requirement .
set the high beam by adjusting the entire light unit .then set the low beam with adjuster screws .
