Tell them you want to know what was done and the part number replaced, period. They want you confused, their goal in not to be clear nor to fully explain what was done.


They make stuff up all the time, so I would most definitely not assume anything represents "some information as to the cause and repair recommendation"... It seems like the numbers after the defect code might be a partial part number for an air hose oring. (ie 11-65-xxx-xxx_..and defect codes were 4 digit alphanumerric codes last time I saw them.
