Interestingly enough in Florida the State DMV will investigate and any claim from a consumer and work to resolve the matter with both the dealership and buyer. I am finding out, the hard way, this dealership has a pretty bad history of screwing people and when I told the DMV agent who it was they said I should pursue it because I was certainly not the first person to call about them. I'm also the guy that had work done on the front suspension only to have the service tech not attach one of the control arms properly and it came off while driving...should have seen the writing on the wall after that one!!!
Anyway, I only share because what happened to me is not right and I only hope it does not happen to anyone else and if I can expose something that is wrong maybe it will benefit all on this site. God know you all have really helped me during my short time asking questions.
