I know this is an old (but outstanding!) thread, but I have a couple of questions:

1) What is the torque spec for the pivot bolt that runs through the middle of the lower control arm bushing? I've been searching for a long time, and can't find it anywhere.

2) What type of grease did you use on the control arm bushing? I don't plan to use polyurethane bushings - I'm going with the Meyle's - so I'm wondering what type of grease, if any, I would need to use?
