I then probe the 3 pin power connector in the CD Changer rear compartment (pins 1 & 2 - should be 12v with ignition on) Yes, it is the CD power connector, not the phone power connector. No juice.

I checked fuses in the glove box, but nothing CD related. So, have I missed a fuse somewhere? There is a "placeholder " for a CD Changer fuse in the other rear panel, but it is not wired to anything. Does this mean I am not prewired for cd Changer? There has never been a CD Changer in this vehicle, btw.

Thanks for any help
Fuses will be located in the glovebox, I do not recall what numbers they are at the moment. The proper CD Changer connector will have the brown wire on the #1 position.
