Actually, better story yet. I signed up for the Ultimate Drive a few weeks before it was at my dealer. Call took around 10 minutes with a bunch of questions to answer. They assigned me a time to arrive and gave me a conformation number.
So I arrived at the dealer and BMW had no record of my appointment. I had to fill out the paperwork again. Go figure.
