Yes, he mentioned this. The car stays "awake" for 30 minutes after you turn it off them goes to "sleep". But the first time this happened was when I was driving the car and went thru a car wash.
If they fix it great. If they say "sorry, we cannot find it but it is working now." Then I will tell them to keep it.
I was pissed so I went over and drive the 2011 Porsche Cayanne Turbo. Nice. The re-designed interior is stunning.
