Thanks for the feedback everyone.

I decided to end up letting State Farm (other person's insurance) take care of it. They got me into a Rental today and I am waiting for the car to be towed to First Choice Auto Body in Arlington, VA. They seem to be highly recommended along with WagonWork but First Choice was in the State Farm network. WagonWork was also possible but not in the network, although State Farm stated it wouldn't be an issue to take it there either.

Bad news is, I have to wait until July 26th since the shop is backed up. Must be like 50 or 60 BMWs without bumpers sitting there...

Argh.
