I just found mine the other day. There is a post here somewhere that has a great pic by pic showing where it is and where to get the passkey.
The bt module is actually on the back left floor side. It's not in your picture. Pull the back matt out and you'll have to unscrew three screws on the left side just down from your picture. You'll then pull the plastic cover up and underneath it will be your bt module if you have it with the passkey.

Do another search here b/c I know I saw a really good write up on it.
