HI guys! Sorry for this question my X5 is old but I still love the car :-)

My X5 was purchased and imported from Germany a few years (2007) and was shipped to Manila (yes the Philippines Islands!)

I was wondering how I can change the instrument cluster, MID and Radio display language to English from this current language (maybe German - don't know) on my own without going to the dealers (to save those pesos).
