). Yes, the only way to tell is with the chrome trim; I actually love the chrome trim and prefer it over the shadowline that comes standard with the sport package.
In Europe you get to choose both sport and chrome, but since I live in the US, I am not allowed that luxury

I'm beginning to think that BMW probably never built a 50i without sport pkg other than their press release demo
