it appears that my post which was the first reply to your post fell on deaf ears. but since it seems like you missed it, in the last 12 months i have had enough problems with 2 different 2009 BMW's which were bought back by BMW and im not talking about 328's. one was a 535 & the other was a 750Li. you can waste as much time as you care to researching lemon laws and whining on and off of forums. heck you can even waste a bunch of time of going through the long process of the lemon law if you want. but if by some strange chance you may be to the point of wanting to listen, listen up. whenever you have a problem, typically the only people that care are YOU and someone that stands a chance of making a profit from caring about your problem. and if you spend the money with your dealership that you claim i can assure you that there is nobody else that would care about solving this for you than them! i suggest that you get with the service manager first and if you dont get anywhere go to his boss the general manager. BUT leave the ranting, threats and bad attitude at home! its not these guys fault that your having these problems but they are the ones that can help. BE patient! i know the frustration better than anyone. try going from a 750Li to a 328i! but if they cant get your rig straightened out they will take care of you and you will come out waaaaaaaaaaaay better than if you went the lemon law route.
