Never used Torco, but their web site says that they meet API SL standards (for their SR-1 5W-30) and that would work. It is not as good as an API SM oil, but if you had to you could use it.

Redline should be OK as they sell an API SM 5W-30.

What is wrong with the BMW oil from your local dealer, is it not available? Any name brand synthetic oil in the correct viscosity will work fine, you don't need a special oil. Castrol and Mobil 1 are popular choices.
