Ok finally done, replaced the front left bearing and the hub, It was a great learning experience to change it took me a couple days because the dealer did not have the hub in stock so had to wait for the following day to complete but most important that the noise is gone Battery went dead as well so had to replaced the battery also. Truck is back on the road now !
