Hard to know or guess, from here...
A friend road races and uses tell tale strips on his calipers,
to denote temps over 200C, (for brake fluid changes).
He has gotten well over 260C, but it is a serious car on
serious tracks.

Unless you are riding the brake down mtn roads all day, I
would think you don't exceed 200C on your cals, but that's
a guess. I think that is ~400 degs F.

The bigger issue is prep of the caliper(s) before painting,
and quality of paint, (G2 is really good stuff, imo), etc.
