Today, Icelink has the best integration of what is out there. I know, I use it everyday.
However, I would like Dension to know how to take it to the next level before their competitors do (and there are some potential new market entrants that are working on some very cool features that utilize more of the real-estate on the NAV screen, like http://www.intravention.co.uk).

So, perhaps someone else will come up with a better reason than mine - that's OK. It's even OK that you disagree. The thread was a request for comment, which Dension is free to accept or decline.
I'm just trying to help Dension stay out ahead of the pack by continuing to refine the existing user interface (as El Duderino says).

Making the iPod look more like an iPod and less like a CD changer is what the market wants. Someone is going to do it - it might as well be Dension.
No offense taken, I just didn't agree the ice>Link being a "dangerous" device as indicated in your post - I do appreciate the feedback though.

In all fairness, here are a list of options I would like to see on the ice>Link:

- Browse By Genre
- [<< >>] pressed for +5 seconds skips by letters when browsing by Artist/Album
- NAV dial being pressed acts as "select" key
- Time Elasped
- Mute
- Font Size fixed on NAV screen

I've already turned the list over to Dension's engineers, lets see what happens. :p
