Update :

Got the X back from Dealership, Insurance paid for pretty much everything except the alignment and did'nt match up to the labor rates of BMW, there was some under carriage damage but it drives nice and i do not see any issues so far, i was without my X for allmost 3 weeks and was amazing to drive it again...atleast i got new set of wheels and tires now ;-)
