I am getting my alternator replaced today and got a 2004 530i. Let me just say, if I were to trade my car in, this would be on the top of my lists. This car is amazing. The power is remarkable. I only have the 225 3.0 in my X, but in this car it feels so much quicker. It's a lot more roomy than I expected. I like the frontend on the new 3 series more though, but the room is great; I kinda felt small in it... I am trying to get used to the iDrive. I'm already looking at some used 5 series; I found some good deals on the 525i but I want the 530i or 530xi now...
