Yes, it does work, but you may need to move some of the numbers around (as the newer disc has higher numbers).

The TPD-ICO has changed names but look for something that has the .png file locations, that will be the right one.

BTW male sure you get these numbers right or you wont see the icon on screen:-
G524-S024 (24 is the total amount of chars in the .png string).

You don't need the patch for adding POI's in this way (you only need the patch for adding the camera db directly into the carin db).
