ok so heres another question...how does that 4500 off thing work...is that something that comes right off the top or do I have to claim it on my tax return..lol that probably sounds sooo stupid but bare with me folks. Obviously I can afford either 700 or 1000 but I am having second thoughts about what I could use the extra 10 grand for.
