Only based on reading here, and seeing one in a BMW parts counter,
is that I would bet it is made by Deltran, (BattTender mfg'er), has a
BMW roundel logo on it, and the one I saw came only with a plug
for the cig lighter. And, it was ~$80,

If it has alligator clips, and you like supporting your local BMW parts
counter, it's in the same ballpark, imo.
