I just thought it would be useful to have a Newbie intro page where people can introduce themselves and ask the noob questions without getting flamed.

I also think it would be beneficial to compile a sticky with known common problems for each model. That will help with all the people that are repeating the same questions and as a result get flamed by member who have been on here for some time.
