Well back where I started after dealer diagnosis. Diagnosis included taking for test drive, checking for leaks. That was all they did, they even managed to not find the auto headlight issue, but they checked in the daytime when the auto headlights do not kick in the low beam xenon. Ugh what a frustrating company to deal with, so after some talking with service manager it is going back in for a real diagnosis. As far as BMW Canada they said if dealer doesnt find anything, no matter what type of diagnosis they do (simple or complex) there 'is no other step' unless the BMW dealer finds anything, and even then it must be proved to be BMW fault by dealer.
SO anyways I am just going to push this all aside, hope they can fix the other issues like the headlights and belt squeals and drive my X5 and sell it before aftermarket warrenty is up. I dont even think I will open up the 2nd oil analysis I am waiting on...
