I would take my X5 in to get repairs and the dealer would always say they can't reproduce the problem. When ever I have an issue now I take a photo. The last time I took it in I took a copy of the photos and gave them to the service person and they fixed all the items that they could not reproduce before. It is hard for them to say you don't have a problem when you take a photo of a headlight not on and the computer saying headlight issue.
