You're preaching to the Choir, man. I basically learned how to drive in Germany. I had had my license less than two years by the time I went there, and then drove in that country for more than six years. I know all about how to properly drive on the left lane. That's just something we don't hammer here int he US, though. People think the left lane is a cruising lane; The left lane is a passing lane. (You may cruise so long as no one is behind you trying to pass you.) It absolutely ticks me off to see people cruise in the left lane at 60 MPH... with the right or middle lane completely open!!
What's worse, after being on their tail for two or three miles and their not moving, they give you a nasty look when you pass them on the right!!
