Never mind, I just figured it out. After realizing how easy it is I feel like an idiot even asking. All you have to do is pop off the plastic grill protecting the intercoolers. Then there is an access panel. You open up the panel and you couldn't have easier access to the bulbs.. It took me all of 5 seconds.. As soon as I get my bulbs in they go!
