Let's see, reactor start-up and delivery device....what kind of message are they sending?

Too bad they don't understand our space laser can rip a hole in the reactor and it will look like an accident. Maybe it will take radioactive Iranians to overthrow the mullets or mullahs. Help from the Russians with thier nuke program! HA! They have such a great track record...
