My 2004 X5 has black trim around all the windows, and i have a problem when i go through the car wash.

So the black trim around the window will be fine before a car wash, and as soon as i dry it up (using sheep skin, but thats not whats causing this) i get a kind of "Oil in water" effect.. There will be a picture demonstrating it. It wont seem to wipe off or anything, does anyone know what i can do? I read somewhere that polish works, but i dont have a buffer, so i dont know how well that would work.
