Ha!- Good question-

I'll confess- it wasn't me.

My wife said she felt like she was driving a marshmallow. Plus she says we don't have have our "old card" yet- she thinks if you drive a big Benz you have to be "old". And, mostly, she wanted an SUV.

I liked the car (S430)- very smooth, enough power, plush, great for highway trips.....and if you set the air suspension on "sport" it really handled well- but not nearly as fun to drive as this X5-

First we tried the Lexus ??470, then the M-B ML350, and last the X5 4.8. The BMW was head and shoulders above the others-

We both think it's far superior driving than the Benz-
