Just thought of something fun. If we get it I will have to scope out that ~5000 sq.ft "pond" in the back... do I wanna use the canoe or 3 wheeler?

I not yet have any idea how deep it is or what is in it. Can't bee too deep because there is a tree in the freakin middle of it. But my 3 wheeler floats with me on it so that could be some good ol redneck fun. But realistically I have to rid it of water moccasins before letting the ducks go in it. (yes we have a pair of ducks)
