as long as the rubber is matched accordingly to keep the same circumference, you'll be fine. I have 17's for winter to replace my summer 19's. Tire Rack can help you with that....they give OEM sizes for 17's-20's

also, you're 18's are a-ok for brake clearance on your vehicle.
