Old story, but Savage BMW in Los Angeles, CA tried to do the same thing to an M3 owner. Sounds like the CA and TX Service Manager have been to the same customer service training classes....try to fix it, admit nothing. Once again, BMWNA wanted nothing to do with it as well, so I don't blame this guy for making the switch to Porsche.
