called in to my friendly BMW dealer today on the off chance that my seat woes might be covered by warranty, when i purchased the car as a "Premium BMW used car"

i got 12 months free road side assistance, 12 months warranty and 12 months free service

so as it turns out they will cover the broken parts under the warranty

(the seat rails and covering - leather are NOT included, but there is no mention of frame not being included so as far as they are concerned its covered)

so its booked in in a couple of days time to get sorted, and they have a loan car for me
