No, because drilling a rotor reduces the quality of it. If you can find a rotor with holes cast into it, like the Porsche rotors, it is more likely to be a high quality rotor.

If you want the looks, with only a small decrease in performance, then the Centric Stoptech is an option. It is a Centric Premium, which is a good quality rotor, but then it is drilled and/or slotted. Centric note that it is not recommended for demanding applications as it has reduced performance over their Centric Premium rotor, due to the stress risers and reduced thermal mass.
