Yeah I told my foreman the same thing that it didnt use to do that. He acknowledged that i had many more hours in an M than he and I should know. problem is they will compare it to a 5.0 as there are no M's in the area. My car makes the sound if I rev it up in neutral/park. So, I don't think it's the transmission. It sounds like a bad pulley or something to me or something that is attached to the engine/belt since it goes up in pitch with RPMs.
