If you want the looks, with only a small decrease in performance, then the Centric Stoptech is an option. It is a Centric Premium, which is a good quality rotor, but then it is drilled and/or slotted. Centric note that it is not recommended for demanding applications as it has reduced performance over their Centric Premium rotor, due to the stress risers and reduced thermal mass.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll check out the Centric Premium and see if there are others that are cast with the holes. Funny you mention the Porsche, my Carerra has drilled rotors (at least that's what they are called - not sure if they are cast that way) and they really look great and of course perform very well.
