I had been using the oe tires. and recently a month ago switched to RFT set of dueler HP sports for my 4.4i 19 inch sport pack. Actually it was my mistake since I did not know that they are runflats. However I do not feel so much difference from the OE I mean diamaris. a little bit more stiff but not so bad. I drove 1000 miles to come back to socal. if I keep 70miles per hours, mgp is ~22 and if I speed up to 100 mph, mpg downs to ~15. My wife is using the X5 and I believe it should be good for her since I do not think she can change tires on the road.
