Mine sounds more like a clatter - almost like in the old days (or on very old cars) when it would sputter when the turned it off or on.

It CERTAINLY sounds like it doesn't belong, but it does go away quickly, and with so many folks talking about it, it sounds like it belongs.

I wish I knew what it was, though..
