Yes... only in the last picture. Both of the other pictures were taken without the flash. All of the pictures taken with the Canon had the flash on (with the flash off, it was a blurry mess!).
Besides the white eyeball, I am very impressed with the flash - normally it blacks out everything that is out of it's range... not the LX5!
