Pardon my ignorance but how exactly would this work in the event of a BMW warranty denial issue? Let's say a powertrain part failed and BMW denied warranty due to increased boost, does the dealer then submit the claim to Dinan and have Dinan cover the entire cost of repair for the failed part? It almost sounds too good to be true!

With this mod, I can already envision BMW having a field day denying warranty coverage on a myriad of parts, since so many could fail and be blamed on "increased power and stress to components".
