Has anyone replaced their NAV system with something decent that works? The NAV in the '06 X5 (E53) is awful... If I'd paid for it as new, I'd say it was criminal...

Has anyone ever replaced it with something decent that actually works? (i.e. can pick a proper route, won't crash, can do something about traffic and can do full 7digit/letter postcodes...
