Well the problem is that you can't use the Magnaflows on the X, so I still suggest either going with a simple x-pipe (no visual exterior changes) or just changing mufflers (the eBay ones come with tips similar to the 4.6) to something like what e53x54.4 has. Depends on how loud your like your X, but I'd only do one or the other.
