I had the same issue, it was a stuck caliper on the front driver side. I got both front calipers rebuilt and replace the rotors and pads, the steering wheel shaking is gone. You can for sure tell that one wheel is hotter than the rest.

Unfortunetly my floor/seat still shakes even after 2 wheel balances.
