Can someone here help me where to find a good map for my MK2, the map must show sweden, the north of sweden.

I also tryed to update my OS today and have done everything right but nothing happens.... after 1 min the disc comes out again.

I have the 2 generation MK2.

So please be kind and help me with the maps at least, where to find them and how to burn them, in image burn? On a single cd-r?
