You can do anything if you have the skills and talent.
To read MP3s, you need to add an MP3 decoder. This means adding electronic circuitry to the CD changer, so you can decode the MP3 datastream and deliver analog audio
Are you familiar with electronic design and circuitry?
If so, go ahead!
But if not, then you need to think about replacing the CD changer for a later model that supports MP3....
