We have an '09 E83 with 29K. The piping in the middle of the driver's seat (not seat back) is wearing through. I plan to get the dealer replace under warranty. Our local isn't what I'd call customer-friendly (I've had bad experiences in the past, but I'll be nice). Any helpful hints?
