FYI... Just wanted to post that I had to take my X5 into the dealer to get this fixed. Told them it wouldn't pass inspection and they could not figure it out. They had it for about 2 1/2 weeks. Finally their regional technical expert got it worked out. Not sure what they did. But something about Engine Control module and ISTA/D.

While it was in they replaced both folding mirrors and a leaky winshield washer pump. I'm just glad they fixed it. Nice to have the CPO to take care of it. Plus we got to test drive a nice 2011 335d.
